About the Project:
Be part of a dynamic, international team shaping the next wave of intelligent e-commerce solutions. In this project, you’ll work closely with client-provided requirements to evaluate, improve, and refine intelligent optimization tools used across global platforms. Your insights will directly support smarter, more efficient AI products.


What You’ll Be Doing:
• Review and optimize AI-driven products based on daily client tasks.
• Provide clear, data-based feedback to improve algorithms and product usability.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists to enhance performance and user experience.
• Use tools like Excel and PivotTables for basic analysis and reporting.
• Support localization and translation tasks in English, Thai, and/or Chinese.


Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Native or Near-native fluency in Thai, with proficiency in Chinese and strong English communication and translation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with platforms like DingTalk.
• Understanding of e-commerce content and product information.
• The ability to identify problems quickly and propose improvements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
