We have an opening for a: Pharmacist - Case Management (Part-time 25 hours per week)
This position is responsible for the daily activities necessary to administer the Clinical Pharmacy Case Management Program under the Drug Utilization Review (DUR) contract with the Montana Healthcare Pharmacy Program.

The Pharmacist-Case Management position is part-time 25 hours a week with the potential for an additional 0-8 hours at various times during the year depending on volume. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree from an ACPE accredited pharmacy school as well as a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience. Targeted Compensation of $59.10 - $64.90 an hour. The first review of candidates will be on April 30, 2025, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
