Purpose
UUA Office of the Vice President for Finance & Investment seeks a Project Manager to provide operational and high-level support to the Business Services Division as it works on complex projects and strategic initiatives that support UUA’s purpose and ministry. The Project Manager will provide critical operational and administrative support to the Vice President of Finance & Investment; conducts research, analyzes data, and prepares reports and recommendations to brief Business Services senior leadership on emergent issues. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution and alignment with UUA’s goals, working across departments, leading without authority, and coaching non-PM colleagues. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks while contributing to larger organizational projects. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and supporting the development and implementation of policies, protocols, and systems that enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration.

This is an exempt position with a midpoint salary of $72,900. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographical location, with offers potentially ranging from 10-15% higher or lower than the midpoint.
