Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractoor
Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm UK

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client trip logistics including booking transfers
  • Handle detailed administrative tasks related to client bookings
  • Maintain and update client database
  • Follow up with previous clients
  • Process client-related administrative details
  • Ensure all elements of bookings are properly managed

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills in English
  • Experience with customer database management
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
