RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general Human Resources support to team members and field managers by applying basic knowledge of HR concepts and procedures via multiple contact formats. Answer incoming calls and respond to incoming written inquiries to provide general HR support to all team members on all HR-related systems and processes and procedures including:
- Employee Relations
- HRIS System Access
- E Verify / I-9 Compliance
- PTO
- Background Checks
- Learning Management Systems
- Prioritize and support administrative work for various Human Resources departments
Maintain enterprise Employee Case Management System, which includes: -
- Monitor Employee Systems for critical issues and escalate as required
- Ensure cases are completed and closed per SLAs
- Respond to/Provide administrative HR support for incoming employment-related subpoenas & security clearance responses
- Manage compliance for terminated team member files and manage active manager files
- Respond to Unemployment claims, appeals, and hearings
- Act as a backup for the onboarding process in the Support Centers
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary and participate in special projects, as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Two-year associate/technical degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience and training required
- Prior experience using HR systems preferred
- Experience in the hospitality services industry preferred
