Job description

The 700 Club Prayer Center

 

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to monitor contact center data flow, troubleshoot and resolve related issues, and ensure smooth data operations. This role will also provide general support to the technical team as needed.

 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong working knowledge of contact center software programs with the ability to create spreadsheets, reports, databases, and other electronic documents
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work from home with access to a high speed internet router
