🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Front-End Software Engineer at EX Squared, you’ll take ownership of architecting, building, and optimizing scalable web interfaces that meet the needs of real-world users. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—PMs, designers, and back-end engineers—to transform ideas into powerful, accessible digital experiences.

• Build and maintain dynamic, scalable SPAs using modern frameworks (Vue, Angular, or React).

• Own state management architecture (Vuex, Redux, NgRx) for consistent and maintainable codebases.

• Collaborate with designers to turn mockups into pixel-perfect, performant interfaces.

• Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices to ensure smooth data interactions.

• Implement accessibility best practices and ensure WCAG compliance across all products.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to elevate team quality and collaboration.

• Write robust tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress for reliability and performance.

• Proactively improve processes, tools, and workflows to drive team efficiency and product quality.

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in feedback-rich environments, and genuinely cares about the people using the software we build.

• 5–7+ years of experience in front-end development with deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+).

• Mastery of at least one modern framework: Vue, React, or Angular.

• Strong understanding of front-end architecture and performance optimization.

• English proficiency: C1 Level.

• Experience working with state management libraries (Vuex, Redux, NgRx).

• Ability to write secure, accessible, and maintainable code with strong documentation practices.

• Proven success working in cross-functional teams with effective, solution-focused communication.
