Job Summary

Under General Supervision, Examines And Processes Short Term Disability Claims. Provides Timely And Accurate Support To Claimants, Policyholders, And The Claims Department. Manages Appropriate Adjudication Of Short-Term Disability Claims In Accordance With Policy Provisions. Initiates And Facilitates Case Management And Other Ancillary Services To Assure Optimum Outcomes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of experience in managing Disability claims.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent math and calculation skills.
- Good decision making skills able to analyze complex claim information.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Detail oriented with ability to maintain high level of quality and accuracy while meeting productivity targets in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology

Preferred Job Qualifications:
- BA/BS - PREFERRED

- 2 years of experience managing disability claims
- Ability to fluently speak and write Spanish a plus

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$40,900.00 - $91,000.00
