Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Cloud/Experience Cloud Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years in a lead role. This position focuses on enhancing customer experience through effective solutions and leveraging Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
Utilize Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, Forms, Workflows) to configure and customize applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner and customer communities.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful Salesforce applications that align with business objectives.
Mentor junior developers to improve technical skills and foster team collaboration.
Stay current with Salesforce best practices and actively participate in continuous learning.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience with Salesforce development, with at least 2 years as a lead.

Strong experience working with partner & customer communities.
