We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Clinical Program Consultant to join our team. This remote role is pivotal in maintaining our competitive edge by providing extensive clinical knowledge and support for McKesson Brands products. This individual will serve as a resource for both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong customer relationships and executing clinical programs effectively.

Candidates must have an active unrestricted nursing license (RN), and those with any of the following expertise will be prioritized: respiratory therapy, wound care, infusion therapy, enteral/nutrition support, ICU/medical-surgical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Product Support:

  • Maintain in-depth clinical knowledge of assigned product categories, including competitive products, customer vertical industry trends, and market trends.
  • Serve as an expert resource for internal teams and external clients, offering comprehensive product conversion support.
  • Collaborate on product development, management, marketing, and internal consultation.

Strengthen Customer Relationships:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs to ensure proper usage of McKesson Brands products, translating complex information into understandable content for stakeholders.
  • Communicate new technologies, products, and programs effectively to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Provide customized support and resources, including formularies, business reviews, and presentations, tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.

Clinical Program Execution:

  • Execute identified activities for clinical programs and provide insightful feedback to clinical and other teams for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct customer education sessions and product demonstrations to enhance understanding and usage of McKesson Brands products.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in clinical product support or a related role a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex clinical information for diverse audiences.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$84,500 - $140,800
