Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. This crucial role will be responsible for driving efficiency and managing key operational projects within our fast-paced Fintech environment, leveraging a strong understanding of project management principles honed in potentially agency-like settings. The ideal candidate will be adept at streamlining workflows, implementing new processes, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that directly impact our growth and operational excellence. You will be a central point of coordination, working with both internal teams and potentially external partners.
Responsibilities:
Operational Project Leadership: Lead and manage a variety of operational projects, from inception to completion, including defining project scope, developing detailed plans, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within current operational processes. Analyze existing workflows and proactively develop and implement streamlined solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Tool Implementation & Management: Evaluate, recommend, and implement project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira) to improve team communication, task management, and project visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with overall company objectives.
Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges within projects and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational projects and regularly monitor progress. Generate clear and concise reports on project status, outcomes, and potential roadblocks for stakeholders.
Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes, project plans, and implemented solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project updates, manage expectations, and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Coordinator role, with a track record of managing successful marketing partnerships and operations.
Proficiency in Monday.com, or similar project management software.
Exceptional Attention to Detail
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition tactics to effectively leverage newsletter sponsorship for client success.
Exceptional organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong Communication Skills
Proactive and Problem-Solving Mindset
Demonstrated English language proficiency
Knowledge and experience of startups, finance and investments is a plus.
