About the Role

As a Business Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our platform - working across customer support, live client interactions, first-level tech support, and finance/payables. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch, start-up environment and wants to grow across multiple operational functions.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external business operations requests

  • Provide live chat support for users, particularly for technical issues, during core working hours

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the client’s learning platform (e.g., scheduling sessions, updating user accounts, handling ad-hoc client/internal team requests)

  • Conduct live virtual onboarding sessions and technical checks with clients

  • Create and manage invoices; support account payables and finance operations

  • Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports based on internal templates

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and support continuous improvement efforts
