About the Role

As a Frontend Developer, you'll take ownership of front-end components from design handoff to deployment, playing a key role in building smooth, scalable, and performant user experiences across our web platform. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to bring ideas to life using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain user-facing features using modern tech stacks.
Collaborate with designers to translate Figma files into pixel-perfect experiences.
Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and improve performance.
Maintain high standards for code quality, organization, and documentation.
Proactively identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and UX gaps.
Team up with frontend engineers to review, pair-develop, and help each other.

Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Deep knowledge of modern ReactJS and the NextJS ecosystem.
Strong command of Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI components, and accessibility principles.
Experience with client-side state/data management.
A sharp eye for design details and care for user experience.
Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git), CI/CD, and performance monitoring.
Experience with SEO optimization is a plus.
Working with 3rd party tools for A/B testing is a plus.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
