Job description

This is a remote position.

40 hours a week
Work schedule: Mon-Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle tenant maintenance requests and coordinate repairs
  • Process and manage rental agreements and lease documentation
  • Manage tenant communications via phone and email
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks including rent collection and invoice processing
  • Record and categorize property-specific expenses from bank transactions
  • Update and maintain records in Doorloop property management software
  • Process and track rental payments
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors and service providers
  • Ensure accurate allocation of expenses to specific properties

Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with property management and real estate required
  • Experience with property management software (Doorloop experience preferred)
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information securely
  • Professional phone manner and email communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Experience in long-term rental property management
