As an Associate Solutions Developer, you will be using our in-house developed platform to design and improve new and existing innovative solutions in the GRC domain, while enhancing their functionality and effectiveness. You will be a part of a global team that is responsible for the development of solutions. The team is composed of product owners, user experience designers, and solution developers.  

You enjoy working in an agile team and you want to contribute to the continuous improvement of the performance of your scrum team and the quality of our product. The primary objectives and responsibilities of an Associate Solutions Developer includes:

• Use your passion for learning to understand how to develop new solutions and increase your own knowledge;
• Participate in the planning of the work done by your scrum team;
• Demonstrate solutions to customers and senior leadership;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product development processes;
• Develop yourself by researching new concepts and ideas and expand your knowledge of programming languages.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Knowledge of databases (SQL and Oracle) and SQL query language would be highly advantageous;
  
• An understanding of software development;
• Some experience with Javascript, HTML, XML, and the ability to read and understand Java programming language;
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside of the box;
• The ability to work autonomously and part of a wider global team;
• Results orientated with a passion for finding solutions;
• Flexibility – we are a global company with team mates all over the world;
• Positive can do attitude;
• Strong written and verbal communication in English is required.

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is €1500-€1666 per month plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
