  • Collaborate with legal leadership and stakeholders to support special projects, including M&A, and manage external counsel billing.

Our in-house legal team is looking for a highly motivated, pragmatic and commercially minded professional to provide support across a variety of practice areas, including international entity management, M&A, regulatory compliance and external counsel billing management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage corporate records, including entity organisational charts and other structural documents.

  • Manage statutory filings with local regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with local filings requirements and deadlines.

  • Assist with any incorporation, dissolution or restructuring of legal entities, including 30+ international entities.

  • Collaborate closely with the legal leadership and other key stakeholders to support special projects (e.g. M&A)

  • Own external counsel billing and budgeting

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Paralegal Certificate is a plus

  • Minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience (although particularly strong candidates with fewer years of experience are encouraged to apply)

  • Strong understanding of corporate secretarial obligations and regulatory compliance

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Great judgment even in ambiguous situations

  • Customer and internal-client focused self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and work well with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office required, AdobeSign/DocuSign preferred.
