Job Title: Senior Field Services Representative

Department: Field Services

Location: NY/NJ

Hours Per Week: 40

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

SUMMARY

The Senior Field Service Representative will maintain and build client relationships within a specific territory by servicing the client on a regular basis, acting as an intermediary and champion for the client and providing in-service for the client as needed. It is of the utmost importance, that the Senior Field Service Representative establishes a communication process where the Regional Sales Manager receives updates regarding clients’ status and they actively participate in sales meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining and building relationships with clients
Servicing clients by visiting on a regular basis
Laboratory intermediary and Physician Office Champion
In-Service Clients
Progress reports sent to Regional Sales Manager
Participation in Pain Management sales meetings (by phone or in-person, some travel may be required)
Participation in planning meetings with Regional Sales Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
