We are looking to add a Procurement Systems Analyst with Coupa Admin experience to our team!

Location: Remote

Reports to: Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sourcing.

Pay: $75,000 to $85,000

The Procurement Systems Analyst will be responsible for the functional and technical administration of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform.

This includes managing user accounts, configuring workflows, maintaining data integrity, and providing ongoing support to internal users.

 The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and experience with Coupa system administration.

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Coupa P2P platform, including user management, role assignments, and permissions.

• Configure and optimize workflows, approval processes, and business rules to automate procurement activities. Configure and update Vendor Catalogs and Punchout Sites.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Coupa system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, Accounting and Procurement, to align system configurations with business requirements.

 • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the Coupa platform.

 • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to data, processes, configurations, or integrations.

 • Stay updated on Coupa releases and enhancements, assessing their impact on existing configurations.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system configurations.

REQUIREMENTS:  

Education & Experience:  

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Coupa system administration. 

 • Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and financial systems.  

• Experience with Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Contract Management and Supplier Information Management (SIM).  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 

 • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. 

 

 

Skills:  

• Experience with Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Contract Management and Supplier Information Management (SIM).  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 

 • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
