Job description

Bring your accounting and audit acumen, attention to detail and ability to provide oversight of various types of accounting, control, budgeting and risk management activities to our UCLA Foundation Financial Services team as our Fund Accountant. In this role, you will oversee accounting of $6 billion+ in assets including investment portfolios for endowed, unendowed, planned giving and other investment pools as well as separately held assets/insurance policies. We will look to you to manage a varied portfolio of planned giving programs, donor advised funds and other trusts as well as other foundation assets including pledges valued in excess of $550 million, accounts receivable, notes receivable, real estate and other assets. You will also manage our annual internal/external audits, define and lead implementation of new processes and ensure compliance.
