Social Media Intern
Pay: $17.00 hourly
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
NFM’s Social Media Intern will assist the social media and influencer marketing teams. This position will assist in creating social media videos, facilitating communication with our NIL athlete influencers, sending out marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance, and creating and distributing recaps as proof of performance.
This is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to reside in one of the following states: NE, IA, MO, KS or TX.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the USA on a full-time basis. NFM will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Learn: Absorb processes and procedures of the NFM social marketing department
Research: Assist in researching relevant social media and influencer trends and analyze performance
Update: Manage and maintain department documents
Support: Complete general office and administrative work as well as willingness to be on camera and create videos.
Teamwork: Field and answer questions from influencers, buyers, and vendors, respond to questions, assist with problem resolution and clarification when necessary

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
Must be either in school (or recently graduated) working towards a degree in marketing or related field required
Experience managing social media channels or working with influencers
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Proofreading skills required
Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record
