About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior AI Content Editor to lead our Indonesian language content creation efforts in the field of AI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of editors (AI trainers) that create texts across various subjects, ensuring they are accurate, culturally relevant, and legally compliant. You will also oversee and further improve the performance quality of your team. You will guide your editors on how to create flawless responses to user queries in Indonesian, contributing directly to the preparation of Large Language Models (LLM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and Edit High-Quality Content: Write and edit texts in Indonesian on a wide range of topics, ensuring accuracy and consistency with cultural, social, and legal norms.
• Lead a Team of AI Editors: Supervise and mentor a team of artificial intelligence editors, ensuring they create flawless responses to user queries in Indonesian. This includes guiding the team to align with company objectives while improving AI-generated content for Large Language Models (LLM).
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with other teams to ensure content meets user needs and aligns with the company’s goals, using your editorial expertise to refine AI-generated content.
• Ensure Cultural and Legal Accuracy: Review and adjust content to ensure that it is culturally sensitive, legally compliant, and accurately represents local norms and expectations.
• Computer Skills: Having basic computer skills. You are required to complete the tasks using a computer or a laptop. Therefore, having access to one of these devices is essential.

Who Should Apply?

• Professional Writing or Editing Experience: A background in editorial roles such as editor, writer, content creator, or copywriter, with several years of hands-on experience.
• Relevant Educational Background: Degree or postgraduate qualifications in Linguistics, Journalism, Philology, or Editing.
• Experience in Media, Education, or IT Sectors: Experience in a publishing house, TV channel, educational institution, or IT-related organization is desirable.
• Native or Bilingual Proficiency in Indonesian: Fluent in Indonesian, with an excellent command of the language, both written and spoken.
• Cultural and Legal Awareness: A strong understanding of Indonesian cultural, social, and legal norms and the ability to adapt content accordingly.
