Responsibilities
Administering and managing the contract lifecycle management system, with a focus on ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and user support. Assists in developing, standardizing contract processes and compliance practices to drive operational efficiency. Manages and coordinates functions and/or resources associated with organizing, implementing and meeting goals/guidelines.
- Manages the administration and maintenance of Managed Care contract lifecycle systems.
- Manages system installations, conversions and upgrades, and develops implementation plans.
- Collaborates on needs analysis for upgrades or changes to Managed Care systems and recommends cost-effective solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and process owner in the management of the contract management system administration.
- Oversees the quality of master data within the contract management system.
- Develop and maintain standardized contract administration standard operating procedures supporting the contract lifecycle management governance model.
- Train end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and new features.
- Manages activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
- Participates with leadership teams to provide clarity to the scope of work. Communicates status of operations to management and associates.
- Manages and resolves issues that jeopardize the success of the assigned area.
- Prepares and analyzes departmental financial reports, financial analyses and budgetary reports.
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
