Responsibilities

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst who will support system-wide reporting for Ascension’s Labor Management. This role will support labor management analytics and other reporting by creating and delivering data visualization products primarily utilizing Google BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau, assisting with data wrangling, and managing ad hoc data requests.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective dashboards and other reporting
  • Use Google BigQuery and other tools to join data tables across various data sources, to build KPIs and other metrics as requested
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data by performing quality checks, and working with data intelligence teams to troubleshoot data issues and resolve discrepancies
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Tableau, ensuring KPIs are effectively monitored for insights into service line performance
  • Gather and present insights to senior leadership, clearly communicating complex concepts
  • Provide end-user training and support on our data and visualization products to ensure successful adoption and usage
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred.
