What You Can Expect
Directs Human Resources strategy and support for the Americas Commercial organization. In partnership with the business leaders, establishes the strategic priorities and direction of the HR function to help drive business outcomes, talent and organizational priorities. Drives organizational change and improvements to ensure HR structure, policies and practices are continuously aligned with strategic business objectives.

Directs Human Resources management activity across client organization(s). Determines staff assignments, sets priorities and strategic direction, develops HR staff to assure current and future commitments are met.
Consult and advise business leadership in accordance with ZB talent and performance philosophy and processes.
Identify and build leadership talent across client organizations and within the HR function.
Counsels and advises management on policy and practice issues. Reviews and approves management decisions affecting employment.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration plus 10 plus years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in MedTech industry as well as previous experience supporting a Commercial organization is required.
Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Organization Development or related field preferred.
