This role is responsible for the development and execution of medical education programs intended for orthopedic surgeons, fellows, residents and other healthcare providers.
How You'll Create Impact
Collaborates with key stakeholders to create strategic medical education plans.
Develops curriculum related to the safe and effective use of Zimmer Biomet’s products and associated surgical techniques.
Leads execution of didactic, cadaveric, virtual and large-scale training events.
Works with orthopedic tradeshow organizations to plan and execute industry side events.
Creates and manages segment-specific digital education assets such as surgical videos, animations, and VR modules.
Develops promotional plans, collateral and communications to drive surgeon attendance for educational events.
Partners with faculty surgeons to create content and continually improve educational programs
Conducts market and competitive analysis related to medical education.
Assists team in assimilating and synthesizing information from various groups including marketing, field sales, and customers.
Tracks Medical Education calendar
Supports Medical Education Manager in tracking course budgets
Collaborates with key stakeholders to create strategic medical education plans.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience, or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of related experience, required.
Experience working in orthopedics and/or adult education is preferred.
Travel Expectations
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and frequently on short notice, including weekends.
