Position Overview: Responsible for providing strategic leadership in medical bill review operations while serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. This role combines technical bill review expertise with relationship management to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Description
Responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solution. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Works with the delivery team to execute contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's business.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- College degree or High school diploma + 2-4 years of industry
Required Skills and Experience:
- Worker's compensation or Auto Casualty bill review experience preferred
- Ability to present and interpret data to customers
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong grammar and business writing skills for documentation and customer communication
- Ability to travel (less than 10%)

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $50,000 - $65,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
