Job description

Your responsibilities

  • Matching of incoming and outgoing payments with open items
  • Defining and clarifying of payment and balance differences
  • Active participation in month end closing activities, including account reconciliation
  • Exchanging correspondence with customers, including sending balance confirmation
  • Preparing daily & monthly dashboards
  • Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them
  • Handling customer inquiries regarding cash application
  • Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement
  • Creation and update of process documentation
  • Cooperation with other company departments


Your profile

  • Min. 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of English min B2, knowledge of German min B2
  • Professional skills at Excel and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of SAP FI
  • Working experience within a shared services center would be an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and an organized approach to work, together with high standards regarding quality of own work
  • Keen on working with new challenges
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, improvement driver, problem solver
  • Good team working skills
