Summary/objective

Job Description

The HR Services, Sales Consultant drives revenue growth by enabling isolved's Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) to effectively position and sell HR Services to prospective clients. This role partners directly with FSRs throughout the sales process to uncover prospect needs, align solutions, and close business. This individual must be highly credible, personable, and comfortable navigating both internal and prospect-facing conversations that influence buying decisions. Strong presentation and communication skills are critical to success.

Core Job Duties

  • Partner with Field Sales Representatives to position HR Services as part of isolved's new business offerings
  • Conduct live discovery sessions with prospects to assess needs and align isolved's HR Services as part of the broader HCM solution
  • Coach sales teams on how to position HR Services across diverse selling scenarios, including by vertical, company size, and decision-maker profile
  • Facilitate high-volume training sessions to strengthen sales team readiness and confidence
  • Create and maintain customer-facing materials and internal enablement content used throughout the sales cycle
  • Represent HR Services in cross-functional sales meetings, collaborating with leaders across Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive alignment and support pipeline growth
  • Serve as a trusted internal advisor on HR Services positioning, overcoming objections, and tailoring messaging to prospect-specific needs
  • Track activity and engagement in CRM tools to support forecasting and drive data-informed decisions

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree or a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct experience selling HR Services or consultative HCM solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence sales outcomes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working directly with Field Sales or quota-carrying sales teams in a support or enablement capacity
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to engage both individual contributors and executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, adapt to different personalities, and maintain long-term working relationships
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to translate business value into sales messaging
  • Familiarity with sales technologies, including CRM platforms and virtual training tools

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Travel Required

Yes, up to 25% domestic travel may be required.
