Position Responsibilities
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Strategy group, playing a crucial role in driving the success and vision of our products’ portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, customers, sales leadership, implementation leads, customer success teams and internal / external stakeholders to identify product growth opportunities, define the product roadmap, the business and technical requirements, and driving the development and launch of high-impact features. You’ll be the voice of the customer and a key player in shaping the future of our product.
Ideal candidates must excel in product feature conceptualization, product story writing, UX design, wireframing, logical thinking, and analytics. Not for the faint hearted, this will be a fast paced and at times, intense role, involving working with internal and external product experts where you’ll be expected to use your product management expertise to navigate teams to ensure successful product development and release readiness/management. Above all, you must love what you do! Below are some of the key responsibilities of this role through the lifecycle of managing requirements from inception to product release:
- Creating product roadmap for driving the product growth across multiple quarters
- Writing user stories and grooming those with the engineering teams.
- Working closely with the UX team to ensure we have the best user experience for the planned product enhancements
- Owning and managing the successful release
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure clear, actionable requirements for development.
- Conduct market analysis on industry trends, competitive integration offerings, and customer needs to inform integration priorities.
- Work closely with product marketing for communicating the value and positioning of the products
- Pioneer and lead AI and Gen AI based solutions within the product ecosystem
- Act as a bridge between product, engineering, sales, and customer support teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Provide release training and support to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the new product enhancements and capabilities
- Acting as Product Owner, take lead in sprint planning and agile sessions, ensuring requirements are properly implemented.
- Collect and analyze customer and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement of integrations.
- Work closely with customers and customer facing teams to understand gaps, requirements and ensure that the new solutions and designs are optimal
Qualifications

- A full-time MBA degree along with your graduation qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a product manager or similar roles in a B2B or a B2C SaaS domain
- Strong logical and analytical skills and academic excellence
- Ability to Visualize and conceptualize new ideas and solutions
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, UX conceptualization and writing user stories
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive product strategy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
