Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 support resource or in a similar technical support role.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
  • Self-starter with high motivation and passion to thrive and adapt in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented, ability to self-manage and take ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: provide technical assistance to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system- & user related problems.
  • System Configuration: configure and customize the D365 F&O system to meet business requirements, including developing and maintaining forms, reports, and workflow
  • User Access management: Assigning and managing licenses, creating users and assigning permissions
  • User Training: Train end-users on how to effectively use the system and provide ongoing support to ensure they can utilize its features efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes. Collects necessary information before forwarding it to 3rd level support or external partners
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and reliability.
