Join this UK-based performance marketing team focused on helping B2B clients scale through strategic digital advertising. The agency takes a deep, collaborative approach with each client, focusing on outcomes and long-term growth.


WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO


In your role as a Paid Social Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and scaling paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll work with a portfolio of B2B clients, creating full-funnel strategies focused on lead generation and consistently improving performance through testing and optimisation. From client communication and campaign planning to reporting and data analysis, you’ll take ownership and deliver meaningful results.


This is a full-time remote position. If you're based outside of the UK, the role will be offered on a contractor basis.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Are you an experienced Paid Social Specialist looking to make a real impact within a high-performing lead generation agency?
  • Act as the primary contact for your clients, ensuring open communication about campaign performance, addressing enquiries, and providing clear, actionable reports
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, tailoring strategies to meet each B2B client’s unique needs and objectives
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign elements like creatives, audience segments, and targeting, using data to drive performance improvements
  • Increase ROI by identifying scaling opportunities and reallocating budget toward top-performing ads and audiences
  • Analyze performance data regularly, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximise return on investment
  • Enhance creative performance by collaborating with designers and video editors to produce assets that engage and convert
  • Stay current on the latest trends in paid social advertising, applying cutting-edge techniques to deliver consistent results for B2B clients


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta and LinkedIn
  • You have agency experience and a deep understanding of B2B clients and their unique needs in paid social marketing
  • You’re confident managing multiple client accounts and communicating performance clearly
  • You are data-driven, with a passion for optimizing campaigns through insights and performance tracking
  • You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to enhance your skill set and stay ahead of industry trends
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal


The starting salary range for this role is £30k - £40k per annum.
