Data Science Intern

You will be part of an AI development team, collaborating closely with team members to enhance and refine our existing codebase. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring the code meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will also stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices, contributing to the continuous advancement of our AI/ML models.

Day To Day

• Convert the existing functions from pandas to pyspark
• Write unit tests using pytest
• Implement data schema checks (eg. using pydantic)
• Help with adhoc stakeholder requests
• Participate in team rituals such as stand-ups and retrospectives

Essentials

Proficiency coding in python and SQL

• Good understanding of Pandas and PySpark

Compensations

The internship will start in September. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.
