With rapid growth and a bold roadmap ahead, we’re expanding our marketing team, and looking for a B2B Performance & Growth Marketer who’s ready to evolve.
This role is ideal for a performance marketer with a B2B SaaS background who has a track record on conversion optimization, being it paid, organic, or website and wants to grow beyond and own the full demand generation journey, from awareness to pipeline, from acquisition to expansion.
What You'll Lead and Grow
- Paid & Organic Campaigns: Take ownership of paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Bing) and organic strategy, with a sharp eye on CAC and conversion. You’ll craft and scale campaigns that fuel our pipeline—ABM or otherwise.
- Website Strategy & CRO: Lead website optimization with a focus on buyer journeys, messaging alignment, and conversion rates. You’ll ensure our most important asset performs like a growth engine.
- ABM Execution: Design and execute industry- and persona-based campaigns targeting strategic accounts across multiple channels, aligned with sales.
- Customer Marketing: Develop campaigns to engage and expand existing accounts through upsell/cross-sell motion in collaboration with Customer Success.
- Performance Insights: Own tracking, dashboards, and reporting. Use data to drive decisions, align with sales, and show marketing’s impact on revenue.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in B2B performance or demand generation roles, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven track record in paid media management and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with website CRO, landing pages, and funnel analytics.
- Familiarity with ABM campaigns and collaboration with sales teams.
- Comfort with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
- Analytical thinker who thrives on iteration, KPIs, and business impact.
- A proactive mindset, you own results and aren’t afraid to challenge the playbook.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Bonus additions
- Experience in integration tech (iPaaS, API management, automation).
- Familiarity with SEO, A/B testing tools, or tools like Storylane and Lidu.
- Interest in AI-driven marketing technologies and how they shape demand.

Additional Information
- The start is flexible according to your situation.
- While we're open for remote candidates, located in Europe, we do set a higher preference for candidates from our Swedish or Finnish HQ offices. If you're an applicant from outside these areas, you're expected to visit either at least once a quarter in-person.
- You will be reporting to the CMO, keeping a close collaboration with the rest of the marketing and sales teams.
- Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, a Marketing Team Member, and CMO. Case study and reference checks are also included.
