Job description

Job Title: Documentation & Admin Specialist

Company: GOTEAM

Location and Workplace: Hybrid for Cebu-based candidates; Remote for those outside Cebu

Schedule: 6 am - 3 pm

Salary: 25k-50k (depending on experience)


Summary: The Documentation & Admin Specialist is responsible for drafting reports and documentation to support client rehabilitation and funding requirements, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations while maintaining high-quality standards in reporting.


About the Job

Key Duties:


Draft & Edit Reports

  • Write and refine reports to support client rehabilitation and funding.
  • Incorporate relevant medical and legal information.
  • Review and identify any missing documents, then report findings to the internal rehab team.


Quality Assurance

  • Proofread reports for grammar, spelling, and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
  • Maintain and improve reporting templates.


Administrative Tasks

  • Manage data entry and document filing in Chameleon Case Manager.
  • Communicate with allied health professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Handle general admin duties related to NDIS compliance.


Timely Report Delivery

  • Prioritize urgent reports when needed.
  • Ensure all documentation follows business protocols.



Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (report writing, administrative tasks, compliance, or a related field).
  • Experience in the personal injuries and/or disability environment is advantageous (e.g., journalist or lawyer).
  • Basic knowledge of laws and policies, with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent writing skills for reports and document editing.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, giving helpful feedback.
  • Good at making decisions, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Can handle pressure and meet business targets.
