Summary: In this role, you will support a team of Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Consultants, assisting with coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process and maintaining paperwork for all new and placed candidates.

Key Duties:

Deliver a quality service to the recruiter(s), candidates, and clients.
Interact with our doctors to ensure a quality recruitment service is provided.
Process paperwork in a timely manner to ensure placements progress appropriately.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

Experience in an Admin Assistant role in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage tasks efficiently and communicate effectively with the team.
Proficient in administrative tasks and comfortable with handling candidate paperwork.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
