Proven track record in a medical environment with experience in supervision, onboarding, or team coordination., Relevant experience in customer service, call center, or patient care., Good command of German and basic knowledge of English., Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn new technologies..
Key responsabilities:
Handling and processing calls and emails through the MyNovocure Support Center and documenting in the CRM system.
Acting as a deputy for the Support Center Manager, including leadership responsibilities and decision-making in their absence.
Providing structured training on customer engagement and communication platforms.
Addressing patient concerns and serving as a liaison between patients, departments, and other relevant parties.
