Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering., Strong troubleshooting skills in CATIA/Enovia and other CAD/PDM & CAE applications., Experience in Automotive CAD/PDM & CAE support is essential., Working knowledge of Microsoft product suite and exposure to ITIL framework are advantageous..

Key responsabilities:

Perform engineering end user support activities for users on Enovia/CATIA and other CAD/PDM applications.

Provide assistance, methodologies, coaching, and floor walking in line with corporate standards and procedures.

Support both local and remote vehicle development teams.

Ensure adherence to corporate standards while assisting users.

IAO ( ENGG END USER SUPPORT)

Responsibilities

Perform Engg end user support activities for users on Enovia/CATIA & other CAD/PDM applications for assistance, methodologies, Coaching and Floor walking in-line with Corporate Standards/Procedure for all local and Remote Vehicle Development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Essential Skills

Strong trouble shooting skills CATIA/Enovia & other CAD/PDM & CAE applications

Tool Operational knowledge can be added advantage

Must have experience in Automotive CAD/PDM & CAE support

Working knowledge of Microsoft product suite

Exposure to ITIL framework
