About the Role

The Agent Sales and Training Representative will be an important member of the Growth team, driving agent sign-ups and supporting the growth of the Medicare sales platform. Your role will involve proactive outreach, personalized training for agents, and collaborating with the ASAT and ACA teams to boost Medicare enrollments.You will report to the Agent Sales and Training Manager.

You Will:
  • Be the primary contact for agents interested in the HealthSherpa Medicare platform and engage with newly signed-up agents (new NPNs), offering personalized support and training through email, text, chat, and calls

  • Deliver one-on-one training sessions, answer onboarding questions, and guide agents through the HealthSherpa Medicare platform

  • Work with the ASAT and ACA teams to establish referral processes for agents transitioning from ACA to Medicare

  • Log all interactions in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of agent progress and a seamless sales process, while also developing the Medicare HubSpot and contributing to process improvements to improve agent conversation and performance metrics

  • Work with the Training and Education Department (TED) to develop and refine training materials, sales scripts, and other resources tailored to meet Medicare objectives

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, customer support, or training role

  • Experience in or exposure to Medicare brokerage and sales with an understanding of the Medicare landscape

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot

  • Bonus: Bilingual (English & Spanish)

  • Bonus: Health Insurance License

  • Bonus: AHIP Certified
