Job description

As a Program Manager at Superformula, you will coordinate cross-team initiatives, manage special projects, track financials, and ensure smooth executive reporting. You’ll work directly with internal teams, partners, and C-level stakeholders, playing a critical role in ensuring our programs are delivered successfully, on time, and with measurable business impact.


What you'll do:

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate the coordination of strategic, multi-team initiatives, ensuring timely updates, alignment, and delivery of key reporting without direct ownership of team deliverables.
  • Special Project Support: Manage the tracking and reporting of high-priority special initiatives, often working directly with executive stakeholders to maintain momentum and accountability.
  • Executive Reporting: Develop, maintain, and present polished reports for executive audiences, ensuring clarity on progress, risks, financials, and strategic value.
  • Partner Engagement: Act as a central point of contact to follow up with internal and external partners on deliverables for C-level initiatives.
  • Financial Tracking: Perform detailed month-to-month tracking and reporting of DDP (Digital Delivery Platform) CERs and SOWs, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Living Documentation: Maintain and update evergreen documentation reflecting value delivered, revenue growth, A/B testing outcomes, cost efficiencies, and the evolving product roadmap.
  • Roadmap Management: Consolidate, refine, and report on DDP roadmaps, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with business priorities.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Coordinate the creation and preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews, working cross-functionally to gather content and insights.
  • Other Duties: Support additional financial tracking, data consolidation, and executive reporting tasks as assigned.
