Description

UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to provide world-class service to our Managed Services UKGPro customers. As a Business Applications Analyst, you will provide in-depth consulting, analysis, configuration, validation, support and development of business systems and internal business processes for our customers. This individual will have strong technical skills with an in-depth knowledge of UKGPro, HR and financial systems and work with key users to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly-motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll and/or human resource concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Primary/Essential Duties And Key Responsibilities

• Provide UKGPro product and HRIS subject matter expertise to customers and team members.
• Provide consulting and solutions for UKGPro System functionality.
• Recommends process improvements after reviewing and analyzing customer business needs.
• Manage current and add new system configurations. Includes testing and validating.
• Imports System and Employee data. Includes, mapping, validation, and testing.
• Provides customers with best practice recommendations and guidance.
• Conducts virtual training, develops customer specific user procedures and

• Manage a customer base as the primary Analyst and also works with various internal teams to drive long term strategic direction and process improvements while providing guidance on features, functionality, and necessary enhancements to the UKGPro system.
• Assist with implementation of new UKGPro features applicable to HRIS functions.
• Participates in meetings with users/groups.
• Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open project issues/items.
• Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities.
• Engage and work with the customer and internal teams to ensure they are informed of all relevant changes to the system and to coordinate activities or projects as necessary.
• Escalate non-routine inquiries and issues accordingly
• Perform various projects utilizing the IBM Cognos Analytics suite of products to design, test, and deliver reports according to specifications within project delivery dates. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Management Information Systems, or business-related field or 2+ years related HCM experience or a combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years experience with UKGPro Products
• Commitment to excellence and high standards

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Must work well with others in a team focused environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of UKGPro and other UKG products
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Cognos Analytics/Business Intelligence

The pay range for this position is $55,400.00 to $79,650.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
