Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for outreach, prospecting, and setting up opportunities for the sales team. Initially, the focus will be on assisting with appointment scheduling and supporting sales closures. Over time, as you gain confidence, you will have the opportunity to handle sales independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand and communicate the features and benefits of 4-7 key products, making them an expert in product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach and prospecting to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Perform outbound emails and calls to engage with prospects and set up appointments.
  • Initially, set up opportunities/appointments for senior sales team members to close.
  • As confidence grows, transition into closing sales independently.
  • Focus on 4-7 key products, ensuring fluent and knowledgeable discussions with prospects.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of outreach, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • PFluent in English, with excellent communication skills that are clear and easy to understand in conversation.
  • Strong ability to prospect and engage with leads via email and phone.
  • Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge across multiple offerings.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $1000/month + commissions
