Description:
Our client is a full-service creative agency specializing in commercial videography, photography, and design. With a 5,000 sq. ft. studio based in Utah, we collaborate with national and international brands including Mary Ruth's Organics, iFit, NordicTrack, ProForm, and other eCommerce and CPG companies. Our small but dynamic team travels frequently for shoots and creative work, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier visual storytelling and content production.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our co-owners in managing sales-related and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight. This is not a cold-calling sales role, but rather a support function that enables our sales and leadership team to focus on high-level strategy and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client follow-ups and light communication (email, CRM updates)
  • Help manage and organize the sales pipeline and leads database
  • Schedule meetings, shoots, and calls with prospects or existing clients
  • Lead cold email outreach efforts, including system setup and ongoing management
  • Open to learn and support RFP processes, including researching platforms and submitting creative proposals under the direction of MODO’s owner
  • Maintain internal documentation and project notes

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Comfortable working with a small, fast-paced team
  • Bonus: Interest or background in creative media, content production, or marketing

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $750-$850//month
