Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Telehealth

Location: Dubuque, Iowa

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Iowa to join our growing team of compassionate, client-centered professionals. If you're looking for a remote position that offers autonomy, support, and purpose, this is your next move.

As part of our virtual care team, you’ll provide high-quality therapy services to clients across Iowa via a secure telehealth platform.

What You’ll Do

Providing individual therapy to adults, teens, or children based on your specialty and preference
Conducting initial intakes and diagnostic assessments via video sessions
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
Maintaining clinical documentation using our HIPAA-compliant EHR
Attending virtual team meetings, case consultations, and supervision (optional for licensed clinicians)

Requirements

An active LMHC license in the state of Iowa (Required)
A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field
At least 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus, but not required)
Strong skills in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relational issues
Comfortable using digital tools and working independently in a virtual setting
A quiet, private space for sessions, and reliable internet access
