Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Digital Production Manager with Front End Development experience to join our team on a full time basis.

This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production of smaller projects while also providing front-end development support.

Production Management Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end production of smaller projects.
Manage client communication and expectations via structured processes.
Create accurate estimates based on templated costing/descriptions/timings.
Brief and manage resources, providing QA/testing feedback.
Maintain internal platforms and documentation as jobs progress.
Populate content and optimize assets for CMS implementation.

Front-End Development Responsibilities:

Implement designs using HTML, modern CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop and implement marketing assets for platforms including SFMC, Mailchimp, and Campaign Monitor.
Update HTML emails and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Perform QA and testing for websites, landing pages, and emails.
Assist with larger website projects focusing on UI and styling.

Essential Skills

Strong HTML, modern CSS, and JavaScript proficiency
Experience with SCSS/Tailwind CSS and responsive development
Familiarity with Figma design tools
Cross-browser development and testing experience
Eye for visual consistency and UX best practices
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor)
