Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst for a remote 6+ month contract with our client.

Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale healthcare datasets and collaborate across business and technology teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of clients’ claims, pharmacy, and member data files.
Perform detailed data analysis to identify key elements, relationships, and trends.
Create comprehensive source-to-target mapping documents with precise transformation logic.
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and cleanse large volumes of healthcare data.
Conduct rigorous data validation and cleansing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Generate insights from data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Translate complex technical data concepts into clear, healthcare-relevant language for business stakeholders.
Develop technical specifications for development teams based on analytical findings.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on healthcare datasets.
Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and performing advanced data transformations.
Proven ability to create detailed mapping documents and data transformation specifications.
Experience with Databricks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern data ecosystems.
Skilled in conducting data validations and driving data quality initiatives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business domains using healthcare-specific language.

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $45- $60
