Job Description:

Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills

Extensive end-to-end Source to Pay (STP) business process knowledge
Expert-level understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management) modules: Purchase Order Management, Receiving, Payment Processing, Vendor Management
Proven ability to lead and manage SAP STP functionality across business operations
Deep understanding of S/4HANA-based STP structures, including configuration and key features
Knowledge of KPI frameworks and value realization from S/4HANA adoption
Experience with SAP Ariba suite and its integration with S/4HANA ERP
Strong grasp of integration between MM and other SAP modules (FI, SD, PP, etc.)
Industry experience in corporate science and manufacturing sectors
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of new or enhanced SAP S/4HANA STP business processes
Conduct business workshops with key stakeholders to define requirements and drive alignment
Deliver best practice process solutions aligned with industry standards and client objectives
Support SIT (System Integration Testing), assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide end-user training
Contribute to project planning, milestone tracking, and quality assurance
Develop and manage implementation schedules and execution roadmaps
Foster strong working relationships across IT and business teams to ensure seamless delivery

Oversee project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across the team
Report on project metrics, risks, issues, and status updates
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams delivering transformational ERP solutions
Conduct requirements gathering and solution architecture workshops
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specs and test scripts
Leverage expertise across data modeling, technical design, integration, and enablement
Configure SAP systems to align with business requirements

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to analysts and client-side personnel
