Client Overview
Our client is a global workforce solutions provider that delivers comprehensive talent management services. By leveraging advanced technology, expert consulting, and dedicated delivery teams, they help organizations streamline and optimize their talent acquisition and management processes.

Position Overview
This position involves providing administrative and operational support to the Strategic Sourcing team. This work will be performed primarily by managing contract databases, tracking contract compliance, and preparing and analyzing reports. This requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s contract repository, ensuring contracts are up-to-date, well-organized, and easily retrievable.
  • Track and monitor contract compliance, flagging potential risks or delays to the Strategic Sourcing team.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze procurement-related reports to support operational and strategic planning.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of suppliers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed.
  • Handle amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the contracting lifecycle.
  • Coordinate directly with suppliers to resolve queries, address documentation gaps, and ensure alignment on service expectations.
  • Support procurement tool usage and contribute to improving existing processes and documentation standards. Facilitate vendor performance reviews by maintaining performance data and compiling review summaries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client lists, supplier payments, purchase orders, and product/service details.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the Strategic Sourcing team and across relevant departments.

Required Skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with procurement tools and contract databases.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to generate actionable insights from procurement data.
  • High level of self-sufficiency, time management, and task ownership.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Required Experience
  • 3–4 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor coordination, or purchasing support roles.
  • Experience working as a Procurement Analyst, Vendor Coordinator, or Purchasing Coordinator is preferred.
  • Demonstrated background in supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract administration, and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience with managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting or reviewing SOWs and SLAs.
  • Familiarity with procurement sourcing workflows and vendor compliance protocols.
