What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Prep Network Digital team, you will use data analysis and editorial judgment to drive improvements and measure outcomes. In this high-communication role, you’ll regularly engage with scouts to reinforce best practices and address performance gaps. You’ll also contribute to event success by ensuring optimal staffing coverage, supporting scouts with travel logistics, and managing payroll needs. Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in interviewing and onboarding new scout candidates, helping ensure a smooth and effective transition onto the team, and you will own the player rankings update process.
Please note that this role includes some non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends) to support writers across the country

- Adept: Proficient in Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools, platforms, or operating systems.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice-to-Haves in a Candidate
- Experience working in a content strategy, content management, or similar content-focused role.
- Experience working in media
- Prior experience managing or mentoring contributors or freelancers
- Comfort working across multiple time zones and managing competing deadlines
- Strong writing or editing skills, particularly in sports journalism or data-driven content
- Experience in organizing travel schedules
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with EOS/Traction, Slack, and Asana
