Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals. This includes overseeing brand positioning, demand generation, content strategy, digital marketing, events, partner marketing, and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT services landscape and a proven track record of driving measurable growth. The role is hybrid /remot with a distributed team in the US and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and lead the execution of the overall marketing strategy to support business growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
*Build and manage a high-performing marketing team including digital marketing, content, events, and design.
*Create and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
*Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with business development goals and support lead generation.
*Develop brand messaging and positioning to differentiate Gorilla Logic in a competitive IT services market for both customers and prospective employees.
*Drive content marketing initiatives including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.
*Manage marketing budget, analyze ROI, and report performance metrics to executive leadership.
*Oversee SEO/SEM, PPC, website development, and optimization strategies.
*Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure accurate representation of services and solutions.
*Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements as needed.
*Lead partner marketing initiatives with key technology alliances.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
*10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
*Proven success in marketing leadership within IT services, technology, or SaaS industry.
*Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing best practices.
*Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and AI tools used in marketing.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
*Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and making strategic decisions.
