About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and community-minded Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll play a key role in sharing our story, educating our audience, and building strong digital relationships that reflect our mission and values.

Schedule: 

Monday to Friday, flexible during business hours, eastern time

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms.

  • Create and publish original content—videos, images, and text—that aligns with our voice and healthcare expertise.

  • Schedule and manage posts using social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.

  • Monitor community engagement and actively respond to comments and DMs.

  • Collaborate with our team to plan campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.

  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.




Requirements
Qualifications
  • Experience managing social media accounts, ideally for a healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brand.

  • Proficiency in short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels) and visual storytelling.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Experience in community management—confident responding to comments and building engagement.

  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

  • Awareness of current trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.

  • Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).

  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience/ Interest in the medical industry.
